Mistress Adira required Her maid at 2.30pm this afternoon and the only task i knew that i would be doing today was making a double bunk bed. Mistress Adira had indicated that making a double bunk bed would be very interesting so i was looking forward to seeing just how difficult a task it would be Mistress! Mistress required me to wear my black uniform today and i managed to pack all of my maid's uniform. i was a very relieved maid as i stood before Mistress Adira seeking Mistress's assistance to lace my uniform for the finishing touch! i was dressed and ready for work and Mistress had a surprise for me to start with: there would be no laundry to do, there was no laundry to collect, no laundry to fold and even no wet laundry to hang. i cannot remember the last time i did cleaning duties without doing laundry Mistress!

Mistress explained that my first 3 tasks would be to clean the laundry sink, clean the shower screen and clean the basin in the bathroom! What a surprising day, no laundry and now i would not even have to clean the shower. i was almost certain that i would be cleaning the shower today as it was 3 weeks since i had cleaned Mistress' shower but today was a day full of surprises Mistress! i cleaned the laundry sink in a short matter of time and decided to keep cleaning basins so it was the bathroom basin next Mistress. After cleaning the bathroom basin it was the shower to get rid of all that ugly soap scum and after i had removed all the soap scum, i just had to clean the glass and mirror in the bathroom!

i was happy with the state of the cleanliness of both the laundry sink and bathroom, that was until Mistress Adira conducted an inspection and found the edge of the vanity cabinet was still dirty. How did i miss that Mistress? i am not sure Mistress and i was very disappointed to have failed Your inspection Mistress. Your maid strives for perfection Mistress so it was not good enough Mistress, Your maid does beg Your pardon Mistress!

Mistress was now ready for the highlight of the day: i would be making the double bunk bed. It was not till i was standing beside the bunk bed that it hit me just how difficult a task it was going to be Mistress. Mistress Adira carefully explained what was expected of me - fitted sheet on both bunks, doona and pillows to be completed for both bunks! Mistress was smiling as She left and i was about to realize why Mistress! i stood non plussed for a few minutes just trying to think of a plan as to how i could make the bunk bed Mistress! The metal bars along the side were a problem because the mattress actually sat inside the metal railings Mistress. If i was going to be able to make the bed, i was going to have to lift the mattress up and above the metal side supports!

i placed the small step ladder beside the bed and stepped up onto the small chest of drawers and lifted the mattress up and above the metal side support rails and placed the corner of the fitted sheet around the corner of the mattress and repeated the same process with the other corner. Phew, that was hard work but worth it as i had completed one half of the task, now to do the other end Mistress! i placed the stool down the end of the bed and lifted the mattress up and out of the metal side rails and then tugged the sheet down and was a very relieved maid when i managed to slip the fitted sheet over both corners. The sheet was now fitted and the hardest part of my task was done. Or was it Mistress?

Unfortunately for me it was not Mistress. After placing the doona inside the doona cover, i then realized that i was going to have to lift that damn mattress up and out again Mistress if i was going to be able to fold the doona cover under the mattress as instructed Mistress! It was very difficult Mistress. In fact i found fitting the doona cover to be slightly more difficult than the fitted sheet Mistress but eventually i had completed the top bunk Mistress. Now i had to repeat the whole process with the lower bunk Mistress! i had the same trouble with the bottom bunk as i did with the top bunk except i had one more problem with the lower bunk Mistress - i had to keep my head down Mistress or i would bang my head on the top bunk Mistress! After hitting my head on the top bunk three times Mistress, i finally managed to keep my head down long enough Mistress to complete my task Mistress!

i was getting very close to finishing my task now Mistress. Just placing the pillows on each bunk with a smoothing pat here and an extra fold there Mistress - the finishing touches to make my first effort at making Your bunk bed a good effort Mistress! i took a step back and admired my efforts for a few seconds Mistress. i was very pleased with my efforts Mistress and i hoped that You would be equally pleased Mistress! Mistress conducted a thorough inspection of both bunks and yes, i had passed my first test at making Mistress Adira's bunk bed. Phew, what a relief Mistress, although hopefully i will not have to make the bunk beds too often in the future Mistress!

Although it was quite a cool day on the Gold Coast i was sweating profusely. It does take quite an effort to make a bunk bed Mistress! However there was no rest for me as Mistress Adira had more tasks for me to do: vacuuming, washing the dishes, and then i had to get down on hands and knees and with the aid of a ruler i had to locate as many table tennis balls as i could that were hidden under the piano! Mistress' cats enjoy playing with a table tennis ball and by the time i had located balls, the female cat was taking a very close interest in my efforts. All in all i found 7 table tennis balls and about 5 paper balls. i was down on my hands and knees for quite a while Mistress. A lot longer than i thought i would be Mistress!

That was the final task Mistress Adira had for me today and i had worked hard today. One of my more physical days maid's work and as i changed out of my uniform, i was surprised to see how much sweat had soaked through my garter belt and bra Mistress. It was obviously a very good solid days work for Your maid today Mistress but nonetheless, a very enjoyable day Mistress! Mistress it looks like i may have even avoided earning another punishment Mistress as i think that i have managed to take all my belongings home with me Mistress. Any day when Your maid does not earn a punishment Mistress from now on Mistress, is going to be a very good day for Your maid Mistress!
